Studio Licensing & Product Confidentiality Policy

Effective Date: March 4th, 2026

Zinc Group distributes licensed merchandise associated with theatrical film releases. All characters, logos, artwork, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective studios and licensors.

Product Image Confidentiality
Prior to the official theatrical release of a film, customers may not photograph, publish, distribute, or share images of licensed merchandise.

Marketing Embargo
Products may not be publicly displayed, marketed, or sold prior to the authorized release date unless expressly approved.

Authorized Sales Channels
Licensed merchandise may only be resold within movie theater concession stands or in‑theater retail locations unless written authorization is provided.

Early Delivery of Merchandise
To allow theater partners adequate time to prepare inventory and merchandising displays, licensed products are typically shipped to arrive approximately three (3) weeks prior to the associated film’s theatrical release date.

Early delivery is intended solely for inventory preparation and logistical purposes and does not permit early display, marketing, or sale of the merchandise unless specifically authorized by Zinc Group or the applicable licensor.

Theater partners must comply with all applicable marketing embargoes, confidentiality requirements, and release timing instructions provided with the order.

Violation of these policies may result in cancellation of orders and suspension of purchasing privileges.
